Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the voice of Vessel — handling both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with our field technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has prior call center or dispatch experience in an HVAC or trades environment (residential experience preferred), thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is motivated by growth and career advancement. We're looking for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with us as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route inbound customer calls in a courteous and timely manner
  • Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance visits, confirm appointments, and follow up on estimates or open work orders
  • Dispatch residential and commercial HVAC service calls efficiently and accurately
  • Coordinate technician schedules and communicate real-time updates throughout the day
  • Maintain detailed customer and job information in ServiceTitan
  • Support membership plan renewals and proactive customer outreach
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects the company's commitment to excellence and care

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service industry call center/dispatch experience required
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems ServiceTitan
  • Eager to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility as the company scales
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (some flexibility based on workload)

Location: On-site in Mesa, AZ

Compensation: $18–$24/hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
