Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pilates Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to educate clients on various programs and services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering client relationships within our organization.

Duties

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness needs and goals.
  • Book clients with complimentary class.
  • Sell Pilates memberships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and fitness trends to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that highlight our offerings.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy as it relates to fitness.
  • Experience in sports coaching or personal training is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with various exercise modalities such as yoga, kickboxing, CrossFit, and dance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed in their fitness journeys.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
