Job Overview: We are seeking a responsible and dependable Box Truck Driver to join our flower delivery team. As a driver, you will ensure timely and safe transportation of fresh flowers to our clients. This position offers performance-based bonuses for completing the job accident-free within the designated period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a company box truck to deliver flowers to various locations.
  • Conduct a thorough pre-trip inspection of the truck each morning before starting your shift.
  • Report any incidents, no matter how big or small, to the supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain an accident-free record to qualify for performance bonuses.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in excellent condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
  • Follow all company policies and traffic laws to ensure safe and responsible driving.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous 2 years' experience as a box truck driver minimum.
  • Ability to lift and carry flower arrangements and boxes.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
