Part-Time Personal Trainer/Coach – Must Be Available for Specific Weekday and Saturday Shifts

Are you passionate about fitness and eager to make a positive impact in people's lives? Alloy Personal Training in Fayetteville, NY is looking for an energetic, motivated, and reliable Part-Time Personal Trainer/Coach to join our team.

We are a healthy, growing club with an exceptional culture and strong client retention, and we're seeking someone who wants to be part of a team that truly cares about its members and each other.

We are currently only considering applicants available for the following schedule:

  • Wednesday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Thursday: 3:20 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Friday: Starting at 4:00 PM (with additional 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM sessions added as demand grows)
  • Rotating Saturdays: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM (with potential for additional hours as needed)

As a member of our coaching team, you will:

  • Lead small group and one-on-one training sessions using Alloy's proven programming.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to keep them motivated, supported, and accountable.
  • Contribute to a fun, professional, and team-focused environment where culture and connection matter.
  • Help clients achieve measurable progress toward their fitness goals.

  • A passion for fitness, health, and helping others.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Reliability, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Certification in personal training (preferred, but not required for the right candidate).
