As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and a strong presence at a leading food and beverage location. Your role will involve monitoring assigned areas, engaging with employees and visitors, and providing excellent customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
• Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other security-related concerns common within food and beverage environments.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed to support security-related activities.
• Maintain a professional presence and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
