Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation

- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues promptly

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Process payments accurately using POS system

- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in guest services or customer service preferred

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change

- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices

- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
