We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid Warehouse Associate / CDL Driver role supporting both warehouse operations and customer deliveries.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate / CDL Driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while also safely transporting materials to customer job sites and branch locations. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, proper material handling, safe vehicle operation, compliance with DOT regulations, and excellent customer service. The position works collaboratively with warehouse, operations, and sales teams to meet operational goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) – Class A or B (as required)
- Clean driving record with acceptable DOT history
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Experience delivering construction or building materials preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to work in warehouse, yard, and outdoor environments
- Basic computer skills
- Strong knowledge of DOT safety regulations and load securement
- Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills
- Ability to be on your feet, standing and/or walking, for the duration of the shift
- Full-time availability: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming products for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, wrap, and stage orders for customer pickup or delivery
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials to customer job sites and branch locations
- Load, secure, and unload materials in compliance with DOT and company safety standards
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Verify delivery contents against shipping documents and obtain required signatures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required DOT documentation
- Operate forklift, hand truck, and power tools as required
- Assist with warehouse and yard operations when not making deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and professional vehicle appearance
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws
