Overview

AllSpine Laser & Surgery Center is a fast-growing medical practice specializing in spine care, pain management, and personal injury. We work closely with referring clients, providers, and community partners to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care. We are looking for a highly organized, personable professional to manage patient referrals and strengthen relationships with our referral sources.

Duties

  • The Patient Referral Coordinator is responsible for managing referral pipelines, tracking referral sources, nurturing relationships, and performing light marketing activities. This role is internal (in-house) and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, pays close attention to details, and enjoys communicating with professionals.

This position does NOT require outside door-to-door sales. It is mainly relationship maintenance, follow-up, and internal coordination with occasional outreach.

Pay: $ $28.50 per hour
