The Role

We're seeking a bold, self-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and retain our client base across the Boise Metro area. This is a field-based/outside-sales, relationship-focused role. Roughly 80% in the field, cold-calling and meeting with prospective and active clients, and 20% in the office.

You'll build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients, taking full ownership of the sales and account management lifecycle - from prospecting and closing new business to nurturing long-term client relationships and driving retention and expansion. This role does not manage people or have territorial exclusivity.

While you'll work with a high level of independence and accountability, you'll be supported by an engaged executive team and part of a multi-market revenue operations team that collaborates to share insights, strategies, and tools for success.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through field prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
  • Lead the full sales cycle - from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Manage your accounts and client relationships throughout their lifecycle to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth
  • Partner with service providers to deliver high-quality client outcomes
  • Act independently and strategically to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Contribute insights and market feedback, and act as a role model, to strengthen company strategy
  • Track activities, leads, and progress using company tools
  • Represent System4 with professionalism, initiative, and integrity in every interaction

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management (or BA in related field)
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable using smartphone apps, Google Workspace, and basic Microsoft tools
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Starting Salary: $50,000–$75,000 DOE and market
  • + Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and rewards across the lifespan of your accounts
