Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 3pm-5:30pm

This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children

Come be a part of our team of dedicated educators. Sunrise Montessori School is a growing community of learners which serves children from three-years-old through 6th grade.

We are looking for an aide to help with the aftercare program.

This person will create a warm, safe, healthy and nurturing environment where self-direction is enhanced, independence encouraged and individuality respected.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Assistant teacher must meet the following basic requirements:

  • CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained upon hire)
  • A clear record through background check
  • Have the physical capacity to work with children ages 3-12 years old (lift up to 40 lbs)
  • Willingness to be trained in the basics of the Montessori philosophy
