As we scale and launch new features, we need part-time customer support help to manage inbound questions and provide fast, reliable responses.
What you'll do- Handle all inbound customer conversations through Tidio
- Learn the Waldium platform and product flows so you can answer common questions clearly
- Troubleshoot issues, gather context, and escalate technical problems to engineering
- Maintain quick response times during agreed coverage hours
- Keep communication concise and accurate
- Experience in customer support or customer success
- Strong written communication
- Ability to understand technical products without hand-holding
- Reliability during US working hours
- Someone who can ramp fast and operate without constant oversight
- Contract role tied to our product launch
- 4–8 week engagement with potential to extend
- 10–20 hours per week
- Remote
- Hourly rate based on experience
