The charge nurse position is responsible to ensure physician satisfaction, patient satisfaction, appropriate scheduling/staffing, and employee satisfaction on a daily basis.

RN charge is responsible for Post Anesthesia Care Unit (Recovery Room), and working with other hospital leadership.

The preferred candidate will be familiar with CMS, hospital standards, state of Oklahoma licensure, quality initiatives, hospital accreditation, as well as have progressive leadership experience.

PACU experience required.

Must have valid RN license.

BLS

ACLS

BSN preferred
