Corvid Technologies is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Range Engineering & Instrumentation team in Huntsville. Position will use experience in design, development, integration, maintenance and operations with various fixed and/or mobile Range Instrumentation Systems such as Telemetry, Communications, Network or Range Safety Systems to support our test range customers. The candidate in this role will be critical to ensuring that material land assets are ready available for test events - including moving of critical hardware, ordering & repairing equipment from vendors and partners, and often managing multiple locations for event activities (including OCONUS).

Sample Tasking Will Include

  • Inventory management - specifically working with engineers and operators to ensure inventory baselines are maintained and accurate.
  • Manage execution of all logistics processes, policies & procedures, and systems - recommending improvements as opportunities arise
  • Keep records of accountable and auditable transactions relating to logistics operations.
  • Overcome challenges related to transportation and logistics systems - developing innovative, cost-effective ways to meet the unique needs of team
  • Develop and communicate logistics cost, approvals and status to management and customers
  • Travel to support test events and preparation (up to 25%)

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
  • Position requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Preferred candidate will have DoD specific training in logistics practices, technical certifications and/or completion of relevant training in technical courses
