Who We're Looking For

  • A self starter who takes pride in quality work and pays attention to the details.
  • Someone who's reliable, motivated, and ready to learn every day.
  • A team player who takes direction well but can also work independently.
  • Experience in millwork or remodeling is a bonus but if you've got the right attitude and drive, we'll train you to be great.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $35/hour with plenty of room to grow as you gain experience and independence.
  • Bonuses & performance pay for those who go above and beyond.
  • Benefits after 90 days.
