Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialistto support all areas of our corporate recruiting and onboarding processes. This role is the gateway to ensure the highest level of candidate and manger care. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is essential to our recruiting teams by delivering superior customer support to candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.
- Arrange candidate interviews and ensure confirmations and instructions are sent to all parties.
- Implement efficient scheduling practices across multiple time zones, accommodating applicants, recruiting teams, and hiring managers.
- Process invoices and reconcile purchases, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage multiple purchasing cards through cost center allocation, organized filing, and overseeing limits and spend.
- Ownership of travel arrangements and logistics for candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and assist with ATS and CRM management.
- Assist with process improvement and efficiency initiatives by sharing ideas and taking ownership of improvement projects.
- Register for and organize campus and community events as well as participate in events as needed.
- Manage shared team inboxes through clear and efficient communication.
- Assist with execution of offer and pre-hire paperwork to ensure all new hire requirements are delivered to candidates and completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with weekly new hire orientation preparation and delivery.
- Enter new hire information into internal forms for onboarding.
- Share responsibility for improving the overall Recruiting function by increasing knowledge, taking on new responsibilities, and suggesting new and improved methodology.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, Ag Business, Psychology or related field preferred
- 2+ years recruiting/HR or administrative experience required
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Internal JBS or Pilgrim's knowledge a plus
- Experience working with individuals in multiple time zones preferred
- Clear, effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Approachable, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multi-task
- Strong time management and organizational skill
- SAP and ATS (JobVite) experience a plus
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $56,500 - $62,000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in states where it is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for any given position, compensation ranges are specific to those states and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
This position does not have an application deadline. We will continue to recruit until the position has been filled.
