Responsibilities:

- Create engaging lesson plans with the Frogstreet curriculum to promote learning and development in various areas

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children

- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized support and guidance as needed

- Collaborate with parents and families to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

- Adhere to all licensing regulations and standards for preschool education

Experience:

- Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting

- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices

- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation

- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues

Qualifications:

- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

- Knowledge of child welfare regulations and early intervention strategies

Summary

As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will be pivotal in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Preschool Director, your role focuses on implementing curriculum development and early intervention strategies while ensuring the well-being and development of each child. Your core skills in classroom management and communication will be essential in guiding students and collaborating with parents. With a strong emphasis on childhood development and child welfare, you will create engaging learning experiences that promote growth and prepare children for future educational success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $14.50 per hour
