Job Description
The Analyst, Transformation Office plays a key supporting role in Fortune Brands Innovations' enterprise transformation efforts. This position is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, a passion for strategic problem solving, and a desire to grow within a dynamic, high-impact team. The Analyst will support cross-functional partners on strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and innovation across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact team driving transformation at the enterprise level. Job Location:
Hybrid in Deerfield (on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis & Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal benchmarking in support of business units' strategic initiatives
- Financial Modeling & Business Case Support: Build financial models and prepare business cases to evaluate strategic options and quantify potential impact.
- Project Support & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive rapid execution. Support project management, including facilitating meetings, tracking progress and preparing updates as needed.
- Insight Generation: Synthesize data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Portfolio & Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives, develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and value realization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business , other relevant field, or equivalent.
- Internship or early career experience (1-2 years) in finance, strategy/corporate development, or similar analytically-based role preferred
- Robust analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively present to business partners.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; sets priorities, multitask and respond to changing demands from multiple sources.
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with a deadline and execution driven focus
Additional Information
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $99,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
