Now Hiring: BCBA Consultant – On Call (As Needed)

Location: Mostly Remote (2-4 hours of in person case oversight with travel across Miami-Dade and Broward)

Position Type: Hourly, W2

One on One Behavioral Services is seeking a BCBA with at least 5years of experience to lead our team in South Florida. Some travel is required. Mostly remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Oversight and Supervision

  • Review and approve treatment plans to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with best practices.
  • Provide clinical guidance, oversight, and troubleshooting to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs as needed.
  • Monitor supervision and PT % for compliance with BACB and insurance standards.
  • Audit clinical documentation, including session notes, programming, and data graphs.

Team Leadership and Coordination

  • Lead and support our office admin to ensure smooth clinical operations.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, professional development trainings, and internal events.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Provide Ensora and internal systems training as needed.
  • Make announcements and updates to the team regarding procedures and changes.
  • Manage and take clinical and client calls.

Client Onboarding and Family Support

  • Conduct clinical intake for new clients and collaborate with families through onboarding.
  • Send initial assessments, treatment plans, and consents to caregivers and insurances.
  • Coordinate coverage and offer support to ensure continuity of care.

Collaboration and Community Engagement

  • Connect with psychologists, allied providers, and schools to support comprehensive care.
  • Assist with social media

Qualifications:

  • Current and active BCBA certification (in good standing).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of BCBA experience in the ABA field.
  • Strong familiarity with insurance-based services and documentation compliance.
  • Comfort with clinical systems such as DocuSign, Ensora (formally Catalyst), and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized, solution-oriented, detail-attentive, team-focused, and a team leader.
