Crowdvest LLC, a rapidly growing commercial real estate syndication firm, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations across a portfolio of multifamily, mobile home, and retail shopping centers.

The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining tenant satisfaction, managing maintenance and vendors, tracking rent collections, and ensuring each property operates efficiently and profitably. This role requires a strong understanding of property operations, budgeting, and tenant relations, as well as the ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations and ensure properties are maintained to company standards.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and capital improvement projects.
  • Manage tenant communications, lease renewals, and rent collections.
  • Track occupancy, rent roll updates, and delinquency reports.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, monitor expenses, and assist in preparing budgets.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support ownership and asset management teams in improving property performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, work orders, and financial reports.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of property management experience (multifamily, mobile home parks, or commercial).
  • Strong understanding of leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, or similar).
  • Ability to travel to assigned properties as needed.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $100,000.00 per year
