Bright Mosaic provides in-clinic and in-home ABA, speech, and OT in the DFW.

Role Description:

  • Performing initial and re-authorization client assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior analysis programs
  • In-person and remote supervision of behavior technicians
  • Training and performance management of behavior technicians
  • Working with client family members and building rapport
  • Helping plan general therapy activities
  • NOT responsible for billing or scheduling
  • Other activities normally performed by a BCBA that are directly related to behavior analysis and program implementation
