We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering competitive pay and excellent perks. If you're a skilled technician with a passion for excellence, we'd love to hear from you

Key Details:

Pay Rate: $20-60/hour depending on experience.

Specializations: Ductless HVAC systems, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (installation, maintenance, and repair)

Work Environment: High-end residential and light commercial properties

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience with ductless HVAC systems (mini-splits, multi-zone systems, etc.), heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple disciplines

Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Required Certifications & Equipment:

40-hour Site Safety Training

OSHA certification

FDNY F60 (Fire Guard for Torch Operations) certification

FDNY G60 (Torch Use of Flammable Gases) certification

Personal hand tools (to be provided by the employee)
