The Market Director-Rehabilitation Services provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities within the regional service line with objective of maximizing quality, growth, fiscal responsibility, and profitability. Works in collaboration with local and shared services leadership in the areas of: operations; strategic planning; service development and marketing; stakeholder service, system standardization, quality, patient safety and throughput. Directs, supervises, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates clinical and operational activities of rehabilitation services leadership ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and fiscal responsibility of rehab throughout the market ministries and outpatient services locations.Position Specifics:

Education Qualifications
- Graduate (e.g., Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice for disciplines under the umbrella of rehabilitation services or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) with applicable experience.
Experience Qualifications
- 5 years of rehabilitation services experience is required.
- 3 years of rehabilitation services leadership experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of practice is preferred.
