We're looking for a hands-on, in-office Operations Manager who thrives on structure, organization, and leading teams. This person will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations across all ventures, ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional customer service, and strong team performance.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily office operations across multiple business entities.
  • Manage administrative staff, support virtual assistants, and coordinate communication between departments.
  • Implement and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for consistent execution across ventures.
  • Handle scheduling, reporting, and task delegation to keep workflows organized and deadlines met.
  • Track and report KPIs for productivity, lead generation, and project progress.
  • Work directly with leadership to execute business goals and special projects.
  • Assist with vendor relations, compliance filings, and onboarding new hires or contractors.
  • Ensure operational systems (CRM, communications tools, calendars, etc.) are being used efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in operations, office management, or administrative leadership (preferably in insurance, tax, or sales-based industries).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs, project management tools, and shared systems.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up habits.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and hold team members accountable.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
