Whether you're a teacher with afternoons free, an early childhood education student seeking hands-on experience, or a seasoned nanny wanting a flexible schedule, Crunch Care is hiring energetic, experienced caregivers for short-term and backup childcare roles this fall season.

Perfect for School-Year Schedules Work 2+ days per week (or more) with full flexibility using our caregiver app.

Make an Impact Fast Support families with backup care needs—whether it's infants, toddlers, or school-aged kids.

Build Experience That Counts Gain valuable childcare hours with a variety of age groups in a professional setting.

What You Need to Join:

• At least 2 full days of weekly availability this fall
• 2+ years of experience working with children (babysitting, classroom aide, camp counselor, etc.)
• 3–4 childcare references
• CPR certification
• Positive, adaptable energy and strong communication skills
• A valid driver's license and car (not required in NYC or SF)
• Must be 18+

• $20/hr, paid biweekly
• Daily bonuses + overtime pay
