Sales Manager – Specialty Dairy Products

A leading manufacturer of industrial dairy ingredients is seeking a
Sales Manager
to lead and grow its milk product segment. This role is responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with end users, distributors, and prospects.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and understand customer applications.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to drive innovation and product development.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including R&D, logistics, and manufacturing to meet customer expectations.
  • Travel up to 50% to engage with clients and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of sales experience in food processing, packaging, or flavor industries; dairy background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
