Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Physical Therapy Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, compassionate, and able to effectively support physical therapists while maintaining strong professional relationships with both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
  • Guide patients through prescribed exercises, ensuring proper technique and safety
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment area
  • Prepare equipment and treatment areas for each session
  • Accurately document and track patient progress and activities
  • Foster a supportive and respectful environment for patients during their recovery
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to provide seamless patient care
  • Manage time efficiently and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a physical therapy technician or in a similar healthcare support role preferred
  • Must have basic understanding of anatomy, either by formal education or from previous work experience.

Full Time, M-F
