Senior Specialist, Retail Media Sales

Our client in the retail space is looking to hire a contract Senior Specialist of Retail Media Sales This will be a contract position, starting in early 2026. This is a 5 month long contract position.

The Sr. Specialist, Retail Media Sales is responsible for supporting the Retail Media business in nurturing prospects, growing existing supplier relationships, and assisting in identifying a sales cycle to drive overall program goals. This role reports directly to the Sr Retail Marketing Manager and will support our rapidly growing Retail Media business. Your knowledge of Retail Media / Ecommerce combined with your communication skills will help shape our growing program.

**This is a contract role, 40 hours per week. All work can be done remotely**

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with cross functional teams to provide outstanding customer service, driving revenue growth with existing and new supplier relationships
• Co-create media plans supporting each suppliers unique goals
• Collaborate with cross functional Retail Media team to maintain extensive product knowledge & understand product roadmap
• Pipeline management of both new & existing opportunities
• Co-Create communications for various stakeholders to share insights, action items, and pipeline in a timely fashion
• Stay up to date with industry trends that are relevant to Retail Media, as well as general retail news

Qualifications

• 3-5 years marketing experience
• Retail or CPG experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and strong presentation skills
• Experience in advertising sales or media account management
• Familiarity with Retail Media networks & retailers co-op environments preferred, but not required
• Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to reach the right person to in an organization
