  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and documentation for Quality-related committees.
  • Support education, monitoring, and survey readiness related to Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and the State of Wisconsin requirements.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting (preferably in quality management, compliance, or performance improvement).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on projects with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to recognize issues during audits, conduct follow-up reviews, and share findings with recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with data entry or quality software preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with routine interaction across hospital departments.
