AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers to discuss wireless products, other services, and promotions
- Develop strong product knowledge by following AT&T's service guidelines and collaborating with management team
- Work with customers to process their new service entries and assist with any sales related questions
- Utilize basic technology to assist in the sales presentations, showcasing products and highlighting new plans
- Ensure compliance with service standards and accuracy in presenting wireless solutions
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and client performance metricsBuild lasting relationships through positive, professional communication and customer service
AT&T Wireless Associate Qualifications:
- Positive, high-energy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Motivation to learn, grow, and exceed goals
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working in sales, customer service, team representative, or similar role is a plus, but not required
