We're looking for a motivated and personable General Dentist to join a well-established, highly respected dental office in Bixby — one of Tulsa's fastest-growing and most desirable suburbs. With a planned retirement of the founding doctor in Summer 2025, this is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving, high-performing office and grow into a solo provider with mentorship and long-term equity opportunity.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule:

    • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Compensation Structure:

    • 32% of Collections

    • 32% Lab Fee Responsibility (Approx. 30% of Production)

    • Signing Bonus Available — Enhanced bonus for a 2-year commitment; 1-year contracts still qualify



Who We're Looking For

This role is perfect for new graduates and AEGD/GPR residents looking to grow into a leadership role with support and strong clinical volume from day one. The ideal candidate is:

  • Comfortable or motivated to practice as a solo dentist

  • Eager to learn, grow, and develop in a long-term role

  • Friendly, coachable, and community-minded

  • Holds (or is eligible for) an Oklahoma dental license

  • Digital Pano & Digital X-rays

  • Intraoral Scanner

  • Rotary Endo & Implant Surgery System

  • CBCT Available Off-Site — In-house investment possible for candidates skilled in endo or implant placements
