As a Sales Leader, you'll take charge of customer engagement, sales performance, and team motivation. You'll be the force that drives revenue, builds loyalty, and ensures every customer leaves with confidence in both their vehicle and our brand.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals for automotive services, tires, and repairs.

  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience — every interaction should build trust and value.

  • Build strong relationships with both new and repeat customers.

  • Identify opportunities to grow sales through effective communication, follow-ups, and promotional initiatives.

  • Coach and train service advisors and technicians on customer engagement and sales strategies.

  • Manage daily shop performance metrics, ensuring goals are met in both sales and service quality.

  • Develop and execute creative promotions that drive business and strengthen community presence.

  • Maintain an organized, professional, and high-energy shop environment that reflects Midas standards.



What You Bring
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, automotive retail, or customer-facing management.

  • A natural ability to motivate teams and lead by example.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — you know how to close the deal while building lasting relationships.

  • Knowledge of automotive services is helpful, but your drive and leadership are what matter most.

  • A track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.

  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
