Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobility Device Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mobile devices and related equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a good technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You will work both in the field and in a retail environment, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support for their mobility devices.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mobile devices across various operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.
  • Perform repairs on mobile devices using hand tools and soldering techniques as needed.
  • Provide technical support to customers, assisting them with software troubleshooting and hardware analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used for inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in retail sales activities by promoting additional services or products related to mobility devices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in equipment repair and technical support for mobile devices is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems efficiently.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows is essential.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools for device repairs.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
