Overview:

We are seeking a qualified QMHP'S (Qualified Mental Health Professional) with Crisis certification to join our team, (You may apply if you do not have crisis certification). The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with mental health conditions and developmental disabilities, providing counseling and support services.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide assistance for clients in crisis, (mobile or community).
  • Provide therapy and counseling services to clients with mild to chronic mental health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Conduct sessions for clients with diverse needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field

  • QMHP license in Virginia. (Required)

  • CPR/First Aid and TOVA Certifications. (Required)

-Driver's License. (Required)

- Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions and developmental disabilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- 1 year experience working with clients with mental health conditions.

-Knowledge of special education principles is a plus.
