If you have built something, we want to see it.What You'll BuildYou will work on the foundational data infrastructure that powers the Talentix platform.You will support SQL operations, database structuring, data cleaning, and data preparation.You will improve our internal reporting, documentation, and cross-team workflows.You will contribute to early data pipelines and help validate the accuracy and quality   of data used across product and engineering.Work side-by-side. Whiteboard, build, launch, all in the same room.Who You AreHacker Mindset:You figure it out, whether it is SQL, data validation, or unexpected gaps in workflows.Product-Driven: You understand why data quality matters for the user experience.Bias for Speed: You move fast, fix fast, and iterate.Organized Operator: You keep documentation clean and workflows structured.What You Bring2+ experience.
