Broadway Cityview is seeking a hospitality-focused PRN Security/Maintenance Technician to join our team This flexible position supports both security and maintenance operations on a PRN or part-time basis. Scheduling and availability will be coordinated with the Director of Plant Operations.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Security/Maintenance Tech:

  • Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture

and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs.
- Receive service requests and response in a timely manner.
- Performs scheduled rounds both inside and outside of the buildings to maintain a secure environment.
- Complete all work in the order of priority and perform routine preventive maintenance set by supervisor.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • The ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language
  • Have maintenance tech and security background preferred
  • Good inter-department communication and teamwork skills
