Impl Consultant, OpsTech

Overview:

The Implementation Consultant – OpsTechnology is responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of RealPage OpsTechnology solutions, ensuring a seamless and successful client experience. This role requires strong knowledge of procurement workflows, vendor management, and property operations within the multifamily industry. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance, training, and support throughout the implementation process. Exceptional customer service, project management, and technical skills are essential to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during OpsTechnology implementation.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure on-time and successful go-live.
• Conduct client-facing meetings, training sessions, and status updates.

System Configuration & Setup:

• Configure OpsTechnology products including OpsBuyer, OpsInvoice, and Storefront.
• Set up requirements in OpsSusan and OpsMerchant, ensuring accurate data mapping and compliance.
• Validate configurations through internal QA and obtain client acceptance before go-live.

Vendor & Storefront Management:

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and credentialing processes.
• Ensure accurate vendor reports and storefront setup for client visibility and compliance.

Issue Resolution & Escalation:

• Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Escalate complex technical or product-related issues to appropriate teams while maintaining proactive communication.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare implementation guides, checklists, and post-go-live documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of project milestones and client communications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Consulting, Configuration, Support, and SAM teams to ensure smooth handoff and ongoing client success.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Promote best practices and contribute to OpsTechnology knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management (preferably in multifamily or SaaS).
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows, vendor credentialing, and invoice processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
• Familiarity with RealPage products or property management software is a plus.
• Flexible to work extended hours when needed to meet project deadlines.

Pay Range: USD $105, USD $180,200.00 /Yr.
