Baldwin Village Apartments located in Baldwin Fl is hiring for Part-Time Maintenance person. In this position, it is expected the maintenance person be responsible for providing service to our residents. Keeping the community in an upstanding condition our residents have come to expect by providing prompt and courteous service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The maintenance duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete and/or prioritize each maintenance work order as efficiently and rapidly as possible.
  • Prepare and complete all maintenance on each vacancy apartment to specifications prior to occupancy.
  • Keeps the maintenance shop organized and clean. Maintain an accurate shop inventory and keeps track of all maintenance parts and supplies.
  • Monitors and inspects the property, apartments, grounds and property for major repairs. Reports suggestions and cost to site manager.

Required Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED and a minimum one year experience in apartment maintenance.
  • own tools and reliable transportation

Additional Abilities and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience scheduling unit turns
  • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning repair and maintenance
  • Painting and all basic service requests ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Valid Driver's License
