With offices in Wilmington, Charlotte, and Garner/Raleigh, we're expanding and looking for a creative, driven marketing specialist to help elevate our brand and build lasting client relationships. Position can be based in Wilmington, Charlotte or Garner

What You'll Do
  • Lead public relations efforts, including press releases and internal communications.
  • Manage marketing materials - brochures, branded apparel, giveaways, and more.
  • Create compelling content for newsletters, blogs, case studies, and project spotlights.
  • Maintain and update website content and support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Drive engagement on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Keep our CRM system accurate and up-to-date.
  • Organize client appreciation events and engagement activities.
  • Represent Highland Roofing at industry events (BOMA, IFMA, trade shows).
  • Coordinate community involvement and sponsorships.
  • Some travel between our locations is required.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications.
  • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable networking and representing the company professionally.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or construction/commercial roofing is a plus.
