We are seeking kind, dependable caregivers who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors—one day at a time. As part of our team, you'll build meaningful relationships with clients who wish to age safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities
With empathy, professionalism, and care, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Light cooking and housekeeping
  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Offering medication reminders and mobility assistance
  • Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and activities

Qualifications

  • CNA or HHA certification preferred OR 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation; valid driver's license and auto insurance required if transporting clients
  • Proof of current TB testing
  • Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the role
  • Dependable, punctual, and compassionate nature
  • Must pass a national criminal background check and any state-required screenings
  • 1,000 hours of long-term care experience preferred, but not required for newly licensed CNAs or PCAs

COVID-19 Policy
Vaccination is not required; however, some clients may request vaccinated caregivers. Future state or federal regulations may also impact requirements.
