Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain sewing machines to produce high-quality garments according to specifications.

  • Monitor the production process, identifying and resolving any issues that arise during operation.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in garment construction and sewing, with proficiency in operating various sewing machines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift materials
