PRO ABA Services, is seeking exceptional Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to provide IBHS services to children/youth in home, school, and community settings.
Job Details:
- Location: Philadelphia, PA 19119
- Schedule: Part-time, evening hours for a total of 6 hpw, M-W. 4pm-6pm, 4:30pm-6:30pm or 5pm-7pm
- Caseload: Ages 2-21
- Additional details: Technicians are responsible for the implementation of treatment plans, collection of daily data, and completion of daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants.

- Interested in becoming an RBT or BCBA? We offer support and programs to help Behavioral Technicians get their RBT certification and provide FREE BCBA student supervision.
What You Bring:
- High School diploma is required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a human service area preferred.
- Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
- A minimum of one-year of recent experience working with children and/or youth. Experience working with challenging behaviors is highly preferred.
- Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
- RBT certification is preferred
- Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
