In this role, you will coach, train, and mentor real estate agents to help them reach their professional and financial goals. The Productivity Coach is a key driver in moving non-capping associates into capping status, ensuring agents achieve higher levels of production and long-term success.

Compensation:

$54,800 - $200,000

Responsibilities:

  • Guide real estate agents in crafting personalized business plans that align with their career goals.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions to equip agents with the tools they need for success.
  • Mentor non-capping associates, helping them transition into capping status through strategic planning.
  • Provide consistent feedback and accountability to ensure agents stay on track with their production goals.
  • Cultivate a supportive and growth-oriented environment where agents feel empowered to excel.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative coaching strategies that drive results.
  • Monitor agents' progress and celebrate milestones to boost motivation and confidence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales; must have an active real estate license.
  • Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles is highly desirable.
  • Adapting to Keller Williams systems, models, and technology platforms (such as Command and KW Connect).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills to inspire and guide agents to success.
  • Ability to set, track, and achieve personal and team goals.
  • Comfortable with technology and tools used to drive agent productivity, including CRM systems and lead generation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple coaching relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
  • Comfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasks.
