Job Title: CT Technologist (Allied)

Location: Duluth, Georgia

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts

Pay Rate: $2,846 Weekly Gross

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a reputable healthcare facility in Duluth, Georgia. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality imaging results and patient safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients.
  • Assist in CT-guided procedures and ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols.
  • Verify patient identification and review clinical history prior to imaging.
  • Operate CT scanners and related equipment according to established standards.
  • Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and collaborate with radiologists as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient and imaging records within the EMR system.
  • Ensure equipment cleanliness and readiness for each procedure.
  • Follow departmental policies for infection control and patient safety.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of CT experience required.

  • Certifications:

  • BLS certification (required).

  • ARRT (CT) certification (required).
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CT protocols and radiation safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Holiday Requirements:

Candidates must be available to work:

  • One (1) Major Holiday: Christmas Day or New Year's Day
  • One (1) Minor Holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve
