This is an hourly position - no commission or flat rate games. There's plenty of work every week. If you've got a growth mentality, we'll support it: we pay for certifications and training to keep you leveling up.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair everything from basic maintenance to mid-level and occasional advanced jobs
  • Replace or repair worn and broken parts
  • Perform inspections and system checks
  • Stay organized and contribute to a clean, productive shop
  • Keep learning and sharpening your skills as you go

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on professional shop experience
  • Ability to handle basic to mid-level repairs confidently
  • Growth mindset: interested in learning more advanced work overtime
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (5 years)
  • Dependable and ready to work hard

Schedule

  • Full-time (45 hours/week)
  • Monday through Friday
  • 9-hour day shifts (8 am to 5 pm)

Certifications Required You'll need at least one of the following Michigan state certifications:

  • Engine Repair
  • Engine Tune-up/Performance
  • Suspension & Steering
  • Brakes
  • Transmission (Auto/Manual)
  • Electrical
  • Heating & A/C
  • Pre-1973 Vehicles

Experience

  • 3 years in a professional shop or mechanical environment
