Description TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Junior Project Analyst.

This is an hybrid position based in Washington, D.C.

In this role, the ideal candidate must be a fast-learning, highly decisive professional who quickly reads situations, identifies solutions, and executes with confidence. Brings 1+ years of hands-on experience using AI tools and agents (including ChatGPT) in a professional environment. Known for strong strategic thinking and clear communication, with the ability to translate complex plans into actionable direction for teams, executives, clients, and partners. 

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate active projects: schedules, meetings, task tracking, and follow-through.
  • Leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, and agents) to research, draft, summarize, and accelerate team tasks—and help colleagues do the same.
  • Support opportunity development: draft job requisitions; coordinate interviews; keep our CRM current with weekly updates on meetings, contacts, pipeline, and proposal activity.
  • Build executive-ready materials: utilization reports, slide decks, and concise status summaries that inform decisions.
  • Analyze performance: research, interpret, and report on project metrics to guide course corrections and planning.

Qualifications:
  •   3+ years in a professional, fast-paced office setting with experience coordinating schedules/meetings and administrative operations (or an equivalent mix of training and experience).
  •    1+ year hands-on with AI tools and agents (Copilot) in a professional work setting. Candidates should have examples of Copilot agents.
  •   Data fluency: analyze, distill, and report with accuracy.
  •   Communication craft: polished writing, clear presentations, careful editing and proofreading.
  •   Operational rigor: meticulous follow-up, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
  •      Collaborative presence: confident, resourceful, and skilled at setting boundaries and   expectations.
  •   Tools: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Copilot, and Adobe Acrobat.
