Job Description Summary:

Seasonal Utility Worker: Responsible for routine tasks in packing belt operations across various departments. Tasks could include stocking, catching, scaling, straightening, and box forming.

The roles are scheduled to commence in September/October and conclude in December, with an orientation date set for September.

This is a seasonal union role with a starting rate of *$18.75/hr.

  • $.50 rate differential for night shift premium if shifts start at 12:01pm – 3:59am

Job Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to stand at assembly line for up to 8+ hours, excluding breaks.
  • Following instructions by Forepersons, supervisors and managers.
  • Open to working 8 hours plus Overtime, as required.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs, as needed.
  • Available to work for 40 hours/week, no weekends unless needed.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced & team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable, punctual and responsible.
  • Must be on time and present on a daily basis.
  • This is a union position.
