Overview

We are seeking a Hot Tub Technician Helper. The ideal candidate should possess some mechanical background. As a Hot Tub Technician Helper, you will be assisting the hot tub technician. The right person will be trained to become a hot tub technician.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and related equipment
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs
  • Clean and maintain hot tubs, ensuring they are safe and ready for use
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site
  • Document service performed and maintain accurate records of work completed
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to hot tub maintenance

Experience

  • Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair preferred, but not necessary
  • Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred, but not necessary
