Job Description

We're in growth mode and looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for Customer Success to deliver our payment solutions to customers. This high-impact role will work directly with customer executives and their teams, and have significant interaction with software partners, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Project Management.

What you'll do

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our customer implementations from start to finish. To do this, you'll work closely with Sales execs, Sales Engineers, Launch Account Managers, Implementation specialists, Product Managers, and Developers to ensure our customer implementations are smooth and on-time for both the internal teams, and our customers.

This position requires someone who is a great communicator and comfortable with managing internal and external customers through the project process.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing large complex projects from start to finish
  • Tenacity and empathy in dealing with people and projects
  • Communicating in a way that is clear and motivates teams to perform their best
  • Effectively translate requirements, timelines, risks and escalations between Engineers, Sales teams, and Customers
  • Be the hub of communication
  • Managing the team in meeting implementation goals on time
  • Leading external and internal stakeholder meetings
  • Identifying external or internal risks, and driving mitigation plans to project completion
  • Coordinating and driving issue escalation and resolution
  • Adjusting the plan due to changes in scope and/or schedule
  • Being an expert at anticipation

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management or Customer Implementation experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very strong verbal and written organizational, presentation and communication skills
  • Unfazed by juggling multiple projects, scope changes and tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with the following:
  • JIRA, Asana, Wrike or other project management tools
  • Confluence Wiki
  • Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Scrum
  • Excel or Google Sheets
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Beneficial if you have previous experience working remotely

Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000
