As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll be part of a highly collaborative team working alongside architects, engineers, and stakeholders to design, build, and deliver intelligent systems. Your Future Duties And Responsibilities
How You'll Make an Impact

• Design, prototype, and develop AI/ML-powered software using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, open-source stacks).
• Build and integrate machine learning models into scalable applications and services.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve AI development practices and tools.
• Develop data pipelines and support model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, and engineering discussions.
• Support quality assurance by validating model performance and contributing to test plans.
• Create technical documentation, including model specs, design docs, and user manuals.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Foundational experience in software development (e.g., Python, Java, SQL, C#, .NET).
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts through coursework, academic projects, internships, case studies, or self-initiated work.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is a plus.
• Strong ability to learn new frameworks and technologies quickly.
• A growth-oriented mindset and a passion for AI and continuous learning.
• Excellent analytical thinking, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, and team-oriented collaboration.
• Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $51,400 - $84,800.
