Join the team at Cash Connection in Bend and turn "work" into something you look forward to. We're a licensed Oregon pawn shop — offering short-term collateral loans, buying unwanted items, and running a diverse retail floor with treasures for every kind of customer.

We're on the hunt for energetic, customer-focused individuals who bring sales savvy, five-star service, and a positive, can-do attitude. You'll thrive here if you're dependable, quick-thinking, socially aware, and able to shine whether you're following a process or charting your own path.

Because we handle firearms, candidates must pass a criminal background check, be at least 21 years old, and hold a valid Oregon Driver's License.

What You Bring:

  • Strong sales and customer service instincts
  • Basic computer skills and typing proficiency
  • Familiarity with jewelry, firearms, electronics, tools, musical equipment, or similar items (don't worry — we'll train the right person)
  • A sharp eye for detail and a knack for reading customers and situations

What You'll Get:

  • Full-time schedule (40 hrs/week)
  • Every Sunday off — we're closed
  • A chance to build experience across loans, retail sales, appraisal, inventory, and customer service

Your Role Will Include:

  • Evaluating pawned and pledged items for loans or purchase
  • Handling sales and loan transactions with clarity and professionalism
  • Negotiating fair deals and helping customers find value
  • Selling retail items and helping merchandise the shop
  • Keeping accurate shop records and adhering to all laws and regulations
  • Delivering top-tier customer service with a friendly, helpful approach
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
